Zoe Lofgren (b. December 21, 1947) is the very liberal United States Representative for the 19th congressional district of California based in San Jose. She is a member of the Democratic Party. From 1995 to 2013, she represented California's 16th district. Lofgren was chair of the House Ethics Committee from 2009 to 2011. She supports more immigration.
