Ed Brayton is an American atheist blogger who founded Freethoughtblogs.
He currently has a blog entitled Dispatches from the Culture Wars which formerly was hosted at Freethoughtblogs, but now is hosted at Patheos.com.
Brayton is also the co-founder and president of Michigan Citizens for Science and co-founder of the pro-evolution blog The Panda's Thumb.

YouTube atheist Thunderf00t mocks Ed Brayton for his ineffective attempt to drive him out of the atheist community and "forever" make him a "pariah".[1][2]
Brayton wrote: "I want to do whatever it takes to make sure that he is essentially drummed out of this movement, never invited to speak anywhere again and is forever a pariah."[3]
