London Gatwick Airport is the world's seventh busiest international airport and the United Kingdom's second busiest. It is located in the county of West Sussex, approximately 30 miles south of London, to which it is connected by fast rail and motorway links.

It was opened in 1958, on the site of a former racecourse, and is owned and operated by BAA Limited. Gatwick Express trains run to London.
