I think you're going to need a sysop to protect those from recreation. James was able to edit the "harlot" redirect after you protected it. I'll bet this guy doesn't know that several of the proxies he has been using has been giving me XFF headers, meaning I know his REAL IP address (range) and it is useless for him to even use the proxies. ::Lesson learned with regard to the comment on my page. Aha! My friend George and I dealt with this guy in the past, and he's pretty much been a childish vandal. The "worst" he can come up with apparently is calling her a "harlot" and calling me a "stupid Jew." I've been called far, far worse over the years for sure. :::Either that or "JamesWilson" is a teenage girl who was kicked off of the cheerleading squad and is jealous of her. I would not be surprised in the least if this "guy" is a female. Based on checkuser evidence, we're dealing with at least two clowns (including one in China), and it could actually be five or more. I am in contact with their ISPs; I have received personal responses from two saying they are investigating the matter (some of the vandals are using very highly dynamic IPs, which apparently complicate matters for the ISP abuse team investigating my complaints), I received an auto response from two, and one didn't respond at all but the vandal abruptly stopped messing with us after I sent one notice to his/her ISP, possibly due to ISP action. I generally don't bother contacting the proxy server companies, because a lot of their IPs are probably just Tor exit nodes or some other anonymization service.
