I am an editor and assistant SysOp on Conservapedia.  It is my intention to add content, clean-up, organize, and improve existing content, and assist other users of this site with whatever needs may arise.  I would like anyone who visits this site for whatever reason to see a well structured, full wiki, suitable for research on almost any topic.<br />

−

−
I also like to automate processes where possible, to make effort more efficient, and complete tasks otherwise too large to finish. As a part of this, I am the owner and operator of a simple wiki bot, which operates on Conservapedia under the name [[User:DavidB4-bot]].  If you have any questions, suggestions, or problems, please let me know!  If you have things you would like me to try automating, I would be happy to try--If I succeed, it will save everyone time and effort which can be better spent on writing or other projects which cannot be automated.<br />

−
I am happy to assist others with anything they might need.  I have provided contact information below, which you may feel free to use.  If all other methods fail, or you need a prompt response, feel free to use the link below to send me a SMS message. I have provided this information so that is can be used! <small>''(As fair warning, however, overt, intentional abuse of these will result in being placed on my "global" blacklist which is applied to a number of websites and services.  Your information may also be released to several public blacklists.)''</small>

===Assistant SysOp===

−
As an "emergency SysOp" on Conservapedia, I will do what I can to help protect CP content and users, and carry out whatever other tasks come my way.  If you see a problem you want help with, feel free to message or e-mail me!  Some people seem to fear moderators and admins, but please don't (unless you have good reason to)! I am not a generally irascible person, so please don't hesitate to question, undo, or change (with good reason) anything I've done.  I make mistakes all the time, and it's not uncommon for them to be more than typos.  I sometimes proof-read and fact-check my own articles (again) a few weeks after I make them, but even then I miss things. Please do not hesitate to either directly correct mistakes I make or inform me about them!

===Writing aid books===

−
Conservapedia tries to maintain a high quality of writing.  If you would like to contribute but feel you do not know enough about writing, you may want to consider getting a book to help you learn.  Some helpful books are listed [[Conservapedia:How_to_create_and_maintain_high-quality_articles#Good_writing|here]].  That said, I have a variety of such books, which although no newer than five years old, may still be helpful.  If such a book would be helpful to you, feel free to contact me.  If you are looking to make genuinely beneficial contributions to this site, '''I will consider getting one of them to you at no cost'''.<br />

−
Additionally, if you are a homeschooler who is interested in such a book for educational purposes, let me know!  I promise nothing, but I'll consider your request.
