Old-style refers to a type face which has uniform thicknesses, slanted serifs, and irregular letters.[1][2] It is also sometimes written oldstyle or old style.
Old Style (with a capital O and S) refers to a time reckoned using the Julian calendar.[1]
Old-style can also mean literally an outdated model or manner. For example, "people don't use the old-style rotary telephones anymore."
