Dean Heller is the junior United States Senator from Nevada and a member of the Republican Party. He was appointed to the seat by the governor after the resignation of John Ensign. He previously served as the congressman for Nevada's 2nd district. He opposes Obamacare, but voted to repeal it in order to save his seat after it was known the bill would fail. [1][2]
