Valparaíso is a Chilean city and port. The National Congress is located in the city since the Augusto Pinochet regime.
In the 19th Century, the city was prosperous and was very important for the British Empire since it was easy to store merchandise in the city. The British influenced a lot the cit, even creating Football teams.
