Manuel Espino Barrientos (born Durango, Mexico 1959 - ), President of the Mexican right political party PAN (National Action Party) 2005 - 2008. He is also President of the Christian Democratic Organization of America (ODCA). The Christian Democratic Organization is a group of 33 rightwing political parties.
He obtained the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration from "Universidad del Noroeste de Sonora". Espino has studied also at Konrad Adenauer Foundation (related to the Christian Democratic movement). He has been elected twice to the Congress of Mexico.
