-== I quit - notice of quitting Conservapedia copied and edited from my note on talk page of Dataclarifier ==
-For the record, I knew "Dataclarifier" as a co-worker in health care. After he had a TIA and brain-bleed in June/July 2018 and recovered, then resumed contributing to Conservapedia, he still needed a home health care companion. I offered him after I retired to move in as a private pay companion. We shared the same devotion to Jesus Christ. I got interested in his project of harmonizing the New Testament and asked if I could contribute a narrative version of it, since I had worked with the state commission for the blind. He was enthusiastic. I got permission to use his computer and signed on as IndependentSkeptic. After finishing the Gospel portion of the audio version I intend to quit--IndependentSkeptic (talk) 15:07, 9 June 2020 (EDT)
-=== Please stop having debates on talk pages. Conservapedia has debate pages ===
-Conservapedia has debate pages.  For example, here is a debate page: Debate:Are alcohol, marijuana, and nicotine gateway drugs?.
-What I see now is a whole bunch of repetitive and poorly organized material on talk pages dealing with Catholic vs. Protestant issues that is not bringing web traffic. This needs to stop. I stopped reading this repetitive material and I am sure others have as well.
-If you are going to have debates, for the sake of Conservapedia readers, have them on debate pages. Nobody wants to read poorly organized and repetitive material.
-So please stop having debates on talk pages. Conservapedia has debate pages.
-Thank you.Conservative (talk) 14:14, 18 July 2020 (EDT)
-=== Addendum:  Re: Catholic vs. Protestant debates on talk pages ===
-I have a small request.
-Conservapedia has debate pages.  For example, here is a debate page: Debate:Are alcohol, marijuana, and nicotine gateway drugs?.
-Having a debate on a specific issue, would make the debate exchanges more organized and debates with debate titles on the page would be more organized.
-I would also suggest setting up debate guidelines. Because right now the back and forth between the Protestants and Catholics is getting repetitive. And because it is on talk pages, it tends not to be very organized.
-What I see now is a whole bunch of repetitive and poorly organized material on talk pages dealing with Catholic vs. Protestant issues that is not bringing web traffic.
-If you are going to have debates, for the sake of Conservapedia readers, have them on debate pages. Conservative (talk) 14:23, 18 July 2020 (EDT)
-== How's Dataclarifier? ==
-Hi IndependentSkeptic, I'm just curious, how's Dataclarifier doing? Is his eyesight improving? Is his mother also doing okay? I've been sending prayers every day, I hope all is well, and God Bless! —LiberaltearsMay Dataclarifier be well! | Don't be an anti-Catholic zealot! 17:50, 18 July 2020 (EDT)
-:Thanks from all three of us. No physical improvements. But your encouragement has lifted our spirits. We are reasonably well and generally at peace with both God and man. And we pray for you, and for the conversion of all.
-:I last posted on your talk page a proposal for a debate page that I'm going to set up as a non-denominational forum on discussion of the sola scriptura basis for the authority of the Catholic Church to preach and teach the truth of God forever. It will include the key texts we posted on your talk page. The sola scriptura answer is already a foregone conclusion some won't want to admit, because of confirmation bias. The actual responses on the debate page after it's set up should be really interesting. It may even help augment your priestly training in apologetics and sharpen your already penetrating insight into erroneous specious reasoning, intellectual dishonesty, falsehood, sophistry, casuistry, and the fallacy of invincible ignorance compared to actual invincible ignorance. (reading suggestions from Dataclarifier).
-:After that, I won't be participating actively any more. The only way I found out about your message here is after I logged on to set up the debate page, and then the banner head immediately appeared "You have 2 messages". So I came here first to see what they were. As I previously indicated I'll frequently look in on you. Thanks for your previous ID subtext. We really appreciate the new one! God be praised!
-:Peace be with you. <br>Dataclarifier says, Pax vobis—SemperFidelis. <br>All glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. Amen. May our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary Queen of saints and angels have compassion on you, intercede for you and guide you. Amen. Never was it known that any one who fled to her protection, sought her help and asked her intercession was ever left unaided. Holy Michael the Archangel, defend us in the battle. Be our protection and defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all of the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen. Angels of God, our guardians dear, to whom God's love commits us here, ever each day be at our side to light and to guard, to rule and to guide. Amen. And thou also, O blessed Saint Paul, intercede for us this day, that we may serve God faithfully as thou hast done, and upon our deaths enter heaven with thee to praise Him for ever and ever. Amen. O Sacred Heart of Jesus, take our poor hearts and make them like Thine Own. Amen. O our Lord Jesus Christ, Thou Son of God, have mercy on us, poor sinners. O our Lord Jesus Christ, Thou Son of God, have mercy on us, poor sinners. Eternal Father, we offer You the Body and the Blood, Soul and Divinity, of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and the sins of the whole world. Amen. --IndependentSkeptic (talk) 00:52, 19 July 2020 (EDT)

-:::I just finished the Debate page: <br> Debate:Does the Catholic Church have the biblical authority of Christ Himself to preach and to teach the truth forever? <br> --IndependentSkeptic (talk) 02:46, 19 July 2020 (EDT)
-== Debate pages ==
-You created the Debate:Does the Catholic Church have the biblical authority of Christ Himself to preach and to teach the truth forever? page for debate.
-The debates should not happen on the talk page. People read talk pages far less. So I removed that format. You can see for yourself how I improved the format for your debate page. If you look at other debate pages at Conservapedia, you will see the same or similar formats.
-I contributed to your debate page.Conservative (talk) 04:55, 19 July 2020 (EDT)
-=== Please keep the Catholic/Protestant issues on debate pages and encyclopedia articles ===
-Please have encyclopedia articles dealing with Protestant/Catholic/Eastern Orthodox issues be as objective as possible. And please have their talk pages be as constructive as possible. Conservative (talk) 10:38, 25 July 2020 (EDT)
-:I've done all that I could, given my circumstances of being a private pay health-care companion helper to Dataclarifier. "Thanks for the memories". With this post I hereby quit Conservapedia. God be with you and all who love our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. --IndependentSkeptic (talk) 23:19, 2 August 2020 (EDT)
