Barbara Lagoa is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and reportedly one of three finalists for President Trump's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court to fill the vacancy left by the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
