Ellen Grace Philpotts-Page (also known as Elliot Page, per her own wishes (born February 21, 1987) is a Canadian actress and producer. Page is a lesbian.
In 2008, Page was one of 30 celebrities who participated in an online ad series for US Campaign for Burma, calling for an end to the military dictatorship in Burma. She describes herself as a pro-choice feminist. She practices vegan dieting. She is an atheist, having remarked that religion "has always been used for beautiful things, and also as a way to justify discrimination".
In January 2018, Page married a dancer and choreographer Emma Portner.
In 2020, she came out as "transsexual".
