Theodore Paul Budd (born October 21, 1971) is an American politician from the state of North Carolina. A Republican, Budd is a member of the United States House of Representatives for North Carolina's 13th congressional district. Budd is an America First Representative who is running for Senate to replace retiring Moderate Republican Richard Burr.
