A Neo-Confederate is a classification used by the Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center to describe a modern group or individual that views the Confederate States of America Positively.
Some Neo-Confederates support the modern Secession of the Southern United States, but are usually described by themselves and others as "Southern Nationalists".
