Alvin Leonard Bragg Jr (born October 21, 1973, age 49) is the incumbent district attorney for New York County in the state of New York, assuming office in January 2022.[1] Largely viewed as a rising Uncle Tom in the Democrat Party, he has attempted to indict President Donald Trump in an attempt to arrest him. Bragg has been accused of a racially motivated prosecution of President Trump.[2]

The House of Representatives requested that Bragg answer questions about his misconduct under oath, and respond by March 23, 2023.[3] News reports indicate the Biden White House, the Biden DOJ, Democrats in Congress and former members of the Mueller team have persuaded Bragg to interfere in the 2024 presidential election.[4]
