Jo Brand (b. 1957) is a UK-based far-left, anti-monarchy feminist who has been described a 'comedian' best known for her jokes that political opponents should be attacked with battery acid.

History

In May 2019, after left-wing thugs threw a milkshake over Euroskeptic politician and activist Nigel Farage, Brand remarked that the thugs should have used battery acid instead.[1]
