A fool, in the Bible, is often a morally depraved person (See: Bible's definition of a fool). For instance, the fool has said in his heart that there is no God (Psalm 14:1), and one who rapes his sister is a fool (2 Samuel 13).
Proverbs 1:7: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction".
