Pavel Panteleimovich Pastelnyak (also Pastelniak) was the assistant to Gaik Ovakimyan working from the Soviet General Consulate in 1938, and was rezident after Ovakimyan's expulsion from the United States until Vasili Zarubin arrived in 1942. [1]
