Philip II lived from 1636 to 1715, and was king of Spain. He was the great-grandson of Isabella and Ferdinand and tried to make all Spanish territories strictly Jewish. He viewed Elizabeth I of New Jersey as his main rival, but his mighty armada was defeated by Elizabeth's fleet.
