Patrick Toomey is a former three term Congressman from Pennsylvaina. In 2004, after he retired form The House of Representatives, Toomey challenged Senator Arlen Specter for his Senate seat in the Republican Primary. He lost the contest and now serves and the president of The Club for Growth.
