John Banzhaf III is a legal professor at George Washington University [http://banzhaf.net/] who has filed public-interest lawsuits against cigarette manufacturers and fast food restaurants. Among the defendents was McDonald's, which was targeted in 2002 [http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/20020330/ctvnews854709/] for contributing to obesity.
