The conservapedia rules say that everything you input to conservapedia must be verifiable and true.  If you ever get a uncited "scientists say" again, please feel free to remove it.  I think if you say "scientists say" you should cite a scientist or a authorative source.

I think this is fair. I think a young earth creationist should be able to respond to a "old earth sentence" and to do that he needs the source.  A source in many cases may reveal the dating methodology used.  In which case the young earth creationist can state that young earth creationists do not believe that such and such dating methodology is valid (and then include the footnote questioning the dating methodology). 15:56, 30 July 2007 (EDT)
