Antwain Spann is a National Football League cornerback. He was born on February 22, 1983 in Oceanside, California.
NFL Career
On May 17 2005, Spann was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Giants. Three months later, the Giants released him from the team, making him a free agent player once again. He remained a free agent until January 19, 2006 when he was signed by the New England Patriots. Spann played in eight games with the Patriots in 2006 as a backup defensive back and special teams coverage unit player and made seven total tackles.
On June 1, 2007, the Patriots resigned Spann to an contract[1] but he was later released from the team on July 20, 2007[2].
