The Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons [1] (formerly the Medical Sentinel) is the independent peer-reviewed medical journal of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.

It has often been in the news on medical issues relating to immigration, vaccines, abortion, homosexuality, cholesterol and radiation. The Journal has sparked criticism by liberals who may dislike the data and results presented.

This Journal an open-access journal, meaning it is made available to the public over the internet without charge. It is listed in the growing database of open-access journals.[2]
