Tony Blair (born May 6, 1953) is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He belongs to and is the current leader of the Labour Party, a self-described democratic socialist party[1]. Tony has stated he would step down as the party leader in time for the Trades Union Congress conference in September 2007 [2].
Blair has introduced a national minimum wage and indtroduced legislation to for Scottish Home Rule, and won approval from Parliment to participate in the coallition of the willing in 2003 to remove Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq.

Tony Blair was born in Edinburgh, Scotland [3] and is of Irish and English descent. After completing his schooling he studies law at Oxford University, where he graduated with a second class degree. Blair married his wife, Cherie Booth in 1980, and they have four children.
