Pax et bonum.
William of Ockham. One of the three great scholastic philosopher-theologians (the other two being St Thomas and John Duns Scotus). Never quite achieved the recognition given to the other two. Famous for his 'razor', though it did not originate with him, and famous for his Nominalism, of which more later.
What am I doing here? I shall be writing biographies of the medieval Catholic philosophers, as well as contributing to the Philosophy section (which I see needs a bit of work).
