To my knowledge, bananas are so "well designed" because they were cultivated. --John 21:39, 13 March 2007 (EDT)

So God must have not wanted us to eat coconuts then because they are so difficult to open.--Sm355 20:34, 19 March 2007 (EDT)

commandments

Please be mindful of commandments 1 and 6 and consider an edit here. I do not doubt the truth and verifiablility of the statement that some see the banana's perfection as evidence...etc, however the phrase itself would be stronger if some evidence of the hand of the Creator were given. For example, it would be nice to include an explanation or link here as to how the pleasingness of a banana points directly to the Creator rather than to a Creator-driven evolutionary process, or a godless process. Also, the perfection of the banana should be defined. What makes a banana more perfect than, say, a turnip?

The entry appears to be an entire violation of Commandment 6, so I'd love to see the re-edited version. Thanks for your time.
