Aston Villa Football Club is a soccer (called football in England) club based in Aston, Birmingham, in the English Midlands. Currently coached by Martin O'Neill, a former player for Northern Ireland, Nottingham Forest, Norwich City and Manchester City. They finished the 2007/8 season in 6th position in the English Premier League.

The Club has won the league title a total of 7 times. (1894, 1896, 1897, 1899, 1900, 1910, 1981)
They have also won the F.A. Cup 7 11 times. (1887, 1895, 1897, 1905, 1913, 1920, 1957)
The won the League Cup on 4 occasions. (1975, 1977, 1994, 1996)
They have won the UEFA Champions League once, in 1982.
