Peppermint Patty is a tomboy in the Peanuts comic strip. She seems to actually like Charlie Brown, although she gets frustrated with him and tries to get him to do things he's not really capable of doing. An ongoing theme is Peppermint Patty making some kind of comment to Charlie Brown (who she calls 'Chuck') that he sort of likes her doesn't he? Charlie Brown is always clueless.
