Just because I'm an atheist doesn't mean I'm a liberal! In fact, I am a conservative because I am an atheist and because I value free-thinking and independence over all forms of coercion and groupthink. Religion and socialism are essentially the same thing: group mind control.
Away with religious authority! Away with tithing! Away with religious interference in our lives and in our bedrooms!
