:Controversy creates conversation. There are very few objections to adult stem cell research, and so noone can be bothered to take the time to write about it. I had a friend with cancer whose life was nearly saved because of stemcells, and I don't think its right to associate it with abortion. | ||

Still, I don't think you should associate the two together. A majority of stemcell's now are actually gained from the placenta after a child is born, which harms nobody. I had a friend with cancer whose life was nearly saved because of stemcells, and I don't think its right to associate it with abortion.
