Operation Rescue is a Kansas-based pro-life organisation, famous for it's use of graphic imagery of babies killed by abortion and organising effective demonstrations outside of abortion facilities.
Operation Rescue should not be confused with Operation Save America, an organisation it was formerly part of. The organisations separated after a dispute over the appropriate issues to campaign on, with Operation Save America choosing to fight abortion, homosexuality, pornography and other dangers while Operation Rescue chose to confine it's efforts exclusively to abortion.
