Help with formatting
I've put in roughly what I think should be going in here, and I thought I was doing it as a TOC...but it appears not!
If anyone could help with this it would be much appreciated. I am away on business and hope to be able to contribute while I am away but may have to take a break for a few days.
I really want to see this article detail everything that was wrong with the decision, and the outrage that was rightly prevelant, so all help is much appreciated.
