In fact this entire article was copied from Citizendium and includes many alterations made by others on that site. For example, the sentence "Potatoes also come in a wide range of colors, with skin anywhere from brown to purple to red and white, yellow, red, or blue flesh." has been on Citizendium since before you ever edited it, as have a number of other passages. Can you try to clean out the parts which are not original work?
