Yukio Hatoyama is prime minister of Japan. A liberal candidate, he ran on a platform of increased public services and free highway tolls. His family is currently known as the "Kennedy" family of Japan for their history of political involvement. His other nickname, ET, was given to him because of his prominent eyes and strange hairstyle.
