Kenneth T. 'Ken' Cuccinelli II (born July 30, 1968) is a former Virginia State Senator, and was elected Attorney General of Virginia in the 2009 election. He served on the Senate Courts of Justice Committee, Transportation Committee, Local Government Committee, and the Rehabilitation and Social Services Committee.
A Republican, Ken Cuccinelli is a principled conservative: he is pro-life regarding abortion, has received the endorsement of the National Rifle Association, and has a 100% pro-business voting record as rated by the National Federation of Independent Business.
