Liopleurodon was supposedly a genus of carnivorous, reptilian plesiosaurs. Pseudoscientists claim that they lived sometime during the Jurassic period.
Description
Liopleurodon was allegedly between 5 and 10 meters long with a large skull and weighed up to 2.5 tons.[1] It was a marine reptile with a short neck and a carnivorous diet. Its fossils have been predominantly found in France and England and some in Russia.
Creationist View
Due to being sea creatures who could survive in the Great Flood, liopleurodons would not have been on Noah’s Ark.[2] At some point after the Flood, liopleurodons would have gone extinct.
Evolutionist View
Evolutionist paleobiologists hold that liopleurodons existed during the Jurassic time, which was supposedly between 206 million and 144 million years ago, despite clear evidence that there was no such time period.[3] They maintain that the species lived during the time of the dinosaurs, which they claim as being before the time of man.
