Operation Fast and Furious
Should the Fast and Furious title of the main page stay as-is ,or would it make sense to move it to Operation Fast and Furious?
I'm sort of indifferent about it, but wondering if anyone else feels like "Operation" should be a part of the page title. I guess it would be an easy update if others like it. DerekE 17:00, 27 July 2011 (EDT)
- I could see putting it under Operation Fast and Furious.--JamesWilson 17:04, 27 July 2011 (EDT)
- Can you see any reason not to change the name? I do agree with you and could see putting it under Operation Fast and Furious, but since Jpatt created the page I'm hesitant to move it -- just in case he had a particular reason for using "Fast and Furious" instead of "Operation Fast and Furious." Purpose of operation
You have to say what their purpose was, or else the article would be misleading or even biased. You can't say they simply gave guns to criminals, unless we have a source having that POV. Even then, we'd have to attribute that viewpoint to the source. --Ed Poor Talk 10:27, 1 September 2011 (EDT)
