Sexual harassment does not warrant murder. King was in the wrong to pursue students in such a manner, but let's not pretend McInerney is the victim here--CamilleT 21:34, 22 November 2011 (EST)
- McInerney was falsely accused of a hate crime, and it looks like his trial (which he won a hung jury at) did not even hear all the evidence in his favor. You're right that sexual harassment does not warrant murder, but no one claims it would.--Andy Schlafly 21:44, 22 November 2011 (EST)
