An Ottoman Turk is a Turk serving descendants of Osman. These Turks ruled the Ottoman Empire from 1300 up until after the First World War. In this time they twice besieged Vienna, conquered most of the Balkans and Middle East, and on one occasion took the city of Nice in modern France.
