==Legality==
Killing humans is often legalized and committed without repercussions from governments. Such cases include wars, police actions, executions of prisoners, and [[abortion]]. The moral implications of these actions is often the subject of debate. It should be noted that although they end life, they and may or may not be subject to homicide laws. Pro-abortion individuals often say that abortion is not murder because it is legal, but this argument is clearly fallacious because the legality of an action doesn't make it justifiable.
