FFL

An 'FFL' or 'Federal Firearms License is a progressive police state term created by big government to describe the gun control sub-bureaucracy of the massive bureaucracy called the Justice Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. It was part of the Gun Control Act of 1968 which is a piece of progressive police state legislation enacted by liberal Great Society President Lyndon Johnson on October 22, 1968. The gun grabbing law broadly regulates the sale of firearms. It focuses greatly on interstate commerce for its authorization while ignoring the Tenth Amendment and states' rights.

When It is Required to Use an FFL

It is only required to use an FFL in the following cases:

• In free states only for the purchase of a new gun.
• In Unfree states for the purchase or transfer of a all guns.
• In Unfree states one must use an FFL even to send and receive a repaired gun from a firearms manufacturer or gunsmith
• In San Francisco to purchase ammunition within city limits.
