Cho Seung-Hui was a student of English at Virginia Tech who murdered 33 people on April 16, 2007, and then commited suicide by shooting himself in the head. Seung-Hui was a South Korean national, in America on an F-1 student Visa. He had lived in the U.S. for fifteen years, since his parents immigrated when he was eight years old.[1]
