The Luftwaffe was the German air force. It was unmatched! The best men, the best training, the best equitment, the best guns, and the best airplanes! Its only competitor was the [[United States Air Force]] which had a hard time defeating it. It the Battle of Britian, the Luftwaffe lost a thousand planes and about 2000 men. This wasnt even a dent in the mighty air force of Germany.
