I don't think it is just a blip. And if we are living in the end times (Israel becoming a nation was important concerning the "prophetic clock"), then it definitely is not a blip because Jesus said that there would be wars and rumors of wars in the end times. And if we are living in the end times (Israel becoming a nation was important event concerning the "biblical prophetic clock"), then it definitely is not a blip because Jesus said that there would be wars and rumors of wars in the end times.
