:Most Westerners do not understand the Russian way of war when they read headlines like this. They expect it to end with a big bang. However, we've seen this over and over again, especially in this conflict. The Russians set up "kill zone" within a pocket, leaving one way in and one way out. They allow [[NATO]]/[[Zelensky regime]] to continue feeding men into the pocket where there is no escape. Then the Russians move on, or prioritize another sector of the front to set up another encirclement and kill zone. As killing or "demilitarization" goes on for days, weeks, months, or years, Western [[propaganda]] claims the Russian offensive is failing, and continues feeding men & material into the pocket - accomplishing the Russian objective of demilitarization where there is no escape. The "[[strategy]]" is to degrade, i.e. exterminate, ''both'' Russian ''and'' [[Ukrainian]] manpower, since as they have stated several times, Ukraine will never be part of [[NATO]]). The [[NATO]]/[[Ukraine]] "strategy" is beyond [[stupid]]ity, incompetence or mere "reckless disregard of human life". It is deliberate to de-populate the [[Donbas]] & [[Ukraine]] for easier access to [[natural resources]] for [[Western]] [[oligarch]]s.
