:Ed, this is now the second time that article has been deleted for the same reason! When this user recreated it, he put in the edit comment that he was the author of it on Wikipedia. However, it seems that he never did put the {{tl|Copied from}} notice on it, as he has done with other articles, so you weren't to know that. This author has said that he wrote on Wikipedia as ''CltFn'', so it should be easy enough to check that the Wikipedia article was written by someone of that name. [[User:Philip J. Rayment|Philip J.
