I suppose if I were to write ''Je ne le connais pas Francais'' it would be nongrammatical or something. I know very very little French...I only know ''Je suit seule'' for instance because of the Massenet aria. I can pick out a lot of words but the grammar is beyond me. Cheers. :Connetre (sp?) is used more with people, kinda. Like, "I know my friend John", "Je connais mon ami John." Savire (again sp?) is for knowing facts. Like, "I know how to speak French", "Je sais comment parler Francais." At least, I think so. I know the definitions are right, but the sentences might be off. Oh, and you don't need "le" in that sentence, since the direct object (Francais) is stated (I think). Hope that helps :-) [[User:LiamG|LiamG]] 16:29, 12 October 2008 (EDT)
