The '''Santorum Amendment''' was a proposed amendment passed by former [[Pennsylvania]] United States Senator [[Rick Santorum]] to President [[George W. Bush]]'s [[No Child Left Behind]] act. It promoted the teaching of creation in public schools while questioning evolution. It does not carry the weight of law, however.
