Many social justice warriors drone on and on about "ableism". As far as physical injuries/sicknesses and work, rapid automation in the workplace is reducing the importance of physicality at the workplace. Robots are even in some homes as well.

Many social justice warriors drone on and on about "ableism". As far as physical injuries/sicknesses and work, rapid automation in the workplace is reducing the importance of physicality at the workplace. Robots are even in some homes as well.

But what about people choosing their future mates and the issue of ableism? Less attractive people tend to marry less attractive people. The same can apply in various cases to the issue of those who have a physical injuries/sicknesses (And this will be even more so as the importance of physicality as far as work diminishes. More people will be able to be breadwinners to their families). Also, in the future people with physical injuries and sicknesses will be able to do more despite any physical injuries/sickness. For example, artificial limbs have increased their utility as time has progressed. Wheelchairs have improved over the years and now there are motorized scooters. There is someone out there for everyone - especially in the future when the world will have more people, greater automation and improved technology for people with injuries and sicknesses!
